INTERNET BANKING SERVICE SPECIMEN AGREEMENT

1- Introduction:

This is a service made available by BBVA in London to customers who wish to access their account details or give transaction instructions through the Internet. These conditions apply to customers with individual accounts and those with joint accounts – although, for joint accounts, we shall accept instructions only from an account signatory acting alone. Please note that these conditions are in addition to any conditions that already relate to your account(s) held with BBVA and, in the event of any inconsistency specifically relating to the BBVA Net Service, the conditions contained in this agreement shall prevail.

2- Definitions:

.- References to ‘you’, ‘your’ and ‘yours’ are references to the person(s) or Business requesting the BBVA Net Service.
.- References to ‘we’, ‘us’, ‘our’, ‘the Bank’ and ‘BBVA’ are references to Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria SA.
.- ‘Business’ means a limited company, partnership, sole trader, club, society, charity, trust or other unincorporated body.
.- The ‘Contract’ means this contract entered into between you and us when you accept the Terms in accordance with clause 3, below.
